As a disabled Army Veteran, current Albany City Councilor, former Arts Commissioner, and lifelong Girl Scout, Carolyn has spent her life in service. First, in service to our country, and now to our community. As mayor, she will stay focused on the basics that matter most to Albany families: safe streets, a place to call home, and a city hall that does what’s right for the people, not what’s easy.
